(2) You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 Machine monster you control whose ATK equals its own DEF; send 1 Machine monster whose ATK equals its own DEF, but with a lower Level than that target, from your Deck to the GY, and if you do, that target gains ATK/DEF equal to the sent monster’s Level x 100.
