You can only use this card name’s 2nd effect once per turn.

(2) You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 Machine monster you control whose ATK equals its own DEF; for the rest of this turn, you cannot declare attacks, except with that monster, also its ATK/DEF become the total original ATK of all Machine monsters you currently control whose ATK equals their own DEF.
